With positive industry references and learning more about the journey of this company from scratch to a recognisable, well respected printing service provider for local and international markets is quite an achievement and this inspired us to get an insight with Mr. Fouzan Ranawadia, the man behind the current growth and success of Artino.

Q1. Tell me more about your company , what are services you provide, any specialities and since how long this company exists? 

Ans: Artino a dream of Mr. Abdul Haque A. Ranawadia started in1969. We are Mumbai based design company and print agency, and established name in the packaging industry from more than 40 years. We love to indulge in new ideas, fresh thinking and executing it in the most innovative way, every day. We create thoughtful graphic designs and print them to bring brands to life

Q2. You are 2nd generation entrepreneur, tell me how do you see the transformation in your business over the years?

Ans; Learning basic of designing from JJ School of arts and getting hands on experience from my father, practical insights along with nitty gritty of business has helped me immensely to run my business professionally and grow year on year. Today we are growing year on year.

Q3. How do you cope up with the competition and what strategies you have in place

Ans: We specialize in designing and delivering quality with large amount of quantities on time along with reasonable price has helped us to stay afloat in this competitive market.
We believe in surpassing our competition.

Q4. How important do you feel technology upgradation is important in your business and have you adapted it or will adapt it.

Ans: Technology is the key for giving new cutting edge packaging to our client and we constantly upgrade with latest machines and keep looking for new innovations and make sure we update ourselves with latest technology in the market, we attend International technology fair on regular bases.

Q5. what core qualities you see in an employee while employing him

Ans; Does an employee understand work profile and how fast he can be trained to align with our company vission. Also attitude and positiveness towards learning is key what we look as core qualities

Q6. What is you leadership style and how do you maintain employee satisfaction

Ans: I believe every employee has strength and accordingly I have given him role and authority to handle the work, I don’t get into it unless required, I follow Democratic style of Leadership.

Q7. Generally, there are small or big challenges in business and how do you tackle them to keep everything on track?

Ans: My dedicated team helps me round the clock to face challenges and I make sure we keep things on track. Solving issues with patience is key. Also customer centric approach helps us to do better and we take decission accordingly which is good for customers as well as for our employees.

Q8. What is your long-term goal and where do you see your company in the future?

Ans: We want to be the one of the leading Designing and print solution provider in india.
And from last 40 years we have been able to achieve it, We want be known as a quality design ad print company. We looking ourselves as a pioneering company in the industry, leading with latest innovation and top quality solutions.

Q9. How do you see the growth of the printing and packaging material industry and what can be the future adaptation to survive in this field?

Ans: Packaging Industry is evolving with speed with new innovation, new technology and constantly upgrade. New generation is constantly staying ahead of times and creating new packaging and print ideas, Focus is now more on designing and quality rather and price.
To adapt with times and evolve with industry will help to constantly thrive in packaging and printing business

Q10. What advice you will give to young entrepreneurs?

Ans: The printing and packaging Industry requires constant changes and with it young entrepreneurs have to learn and adapt and grow, take risk and create out of the box designs and innovation to lead in this market.
